Referrals may be made by Local Health Boards, Local Authorities or private referrals.
We are currently accepting referrals for our homes in the Bridgend Area and would welcome the opportunity to discuss our services in more depth with you.
During the assessment process, we will talk about whether we can meet your needs and discuss how you would enjoy living in the area and the local community. The Manager will then tell you and your Social Worker if he thinks the selected home and S.T.A.R.S Domiciliary Care Ltd is right for you. If everyone agrees that they are, dates will be arranged for further visits and meetings to plan and review the move to your new home.
